Moving away from the heavy, oppressive Victorian furniture, Edwardian chairs use a lighter style in their construction and the design is clean lined & simplistic.
ABOUT THE CHAIRS: Perfect for use in a bedroom, hall or as an occasional dining chair. The lightweight design makes them easy to move and use in various spaces.
They have a cane seat and tapered legs, with decorative embellishments o both the legs and crossbars.
ITEM CONDITION: There is light age related wear, with the legs having a few knocks & scrapes, as well as age related wear to the back. The cane seats are fixed well, but missing the odd strand on each. 1 seat has a small sag to it and the colour is slightly different on each. Both chairs are free from wobbles. The back of 1 chairs has the backrest joint slightly out, but this doesn’t affect the structural integrity at all. Please see images for more information.
