ABOUT THE TRUNK: A lovely piece that would make a fantastic log store or blanket box – the clean interior means that it’s suitable for many uses.
A great item with lovely patina and ageing, as well as worn areas from its years of service & travels. The trunk has an internal makers label – Jones Brothers & Co, Wolverhampton Ltd. This design of steel trunk is called “The Doncaster”.
CONDITION: The trunk has light surface wear & tear throughout, along with a few dings, mainly on the lid. The brass catch does not close. Internally, the trunk is clean & bright.
Trunk Dimensions: 40cm Deep, 66cm Wide and 37cm High.
