This gorgeous decorative piece has been picked to accessorise well with a vintage bookstack or as a standalone kitchen shelf accessory. A perfect item to complete shelf or table decor.
ABOUT THIS ITEM: The blue willow pattern fills the inside & the rim of the plate – The blue detailing continues around the base as well as the upper external rim of the plate.
Authentic Blue Willow Pattern must include: Willow Trees, Chinese Pine Trees, A Bridge with 3 Men, A Fence, A Boat, A Pagoda & 2 Birds (Doves). This plate incorporates all 7 patterns.
ITEM CONDITION: As expected with an item of this age, there are imperfections. First of all, there is a “V” shaped crack at the top, which carries through to the underside. However, this crack is not loose and the plate is still solid. Another line at the bottom of the plate is only on the surface/ edge.
Sections of the glaze has worn off / chipped off over the years and there are imperfections to be seen that occurred during the manufacturing process.
