These terms conditions are governed in accordance of the laws in the United Kingdom and are written by the Seller (Vintage My Space) and are deemed accepted by the Buyer when they are using the website, communicating with or purchasing products from Vintage My Space.

We grant you a limited license to use this site for the purpose of viewing and buying our products or communicating with us.
No other activities are permitted, including duplicating, framing: any code; the website as a whole or elements such as: images, graphics, descriptions, flash or any other content or software associated with the site.
This site exists for the sole purpose of offering goods for sale and transacting with our customers.
You may create a link to our website as long as it does not portray us in a negative or defamatory way.
All content on the website, such as software, text, graphics, animation, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Vintage My Space, or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright.
You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of this website.

When you place an order to purchase products from us, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase products which is accepted by us when we send a further e-mail confirmation to you that we have despatched that product(s) to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in this email do not form part of that contract.

We will do our best to make sure that our website is available to you. However, from time to time access may be slow or interrupted due to the nature of the internet, updates, upgrades and maintenance to our website. We will try to minimise this.
When you send us e-mails or submit a contact form, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of our Terms of Business in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Liability & Losses
Our total liability under any contract, however made or implied, shall be limited to the monies paid by the buyer under that contract and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
We are not be responsible for any personal or business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices & Payment
All prices shown on this website are in £ Pound Sterling.
We take all reasonable endeavours to maintain our low prices however we reserve the right to alter prices on the website at any time and without notice.
Items ordered will only be despatched once full payment has been received.
Cancellation of Orders
Buyers may cancel their orders by email only and must quote the order reference number. Cancellations will be accepted within 4 hours of placing the order after which time the order will be in progress to prepare for despatch. It may be possible to cancel orders after this time, however a 10% handling charge will be applicable to cover our labour costs.
Delivery and availability
Delivery is to the UK Mainland only, Highlands & Islands available on request.
All orders are subject to availability of goods.
Goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours of order or an email message will sent to the Buyer explaining the delay and offering the Buyer the opportunity to cancel the order. Delivery of goods shall be deemed to have been completed by the Seller in the case of the goods being collected by the Buyer, or when the goods are signed for at the delivery address. The risk of loss or damage passes from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery. The title of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received payment in full for all goods supplied.
If there is likely to be a problem with your delivery then we will attempt to contact you, please ensure that the contact details you give are accurate.
Goods are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please note that despatch and delivery times are only estimates and are in no way guarantees of delivery by a specific date. While we will do our best to supply you within the specified time frame, we cannot accept any liability for lateness of delivery because of all the variables outside our control with our own suppliers. If your products have not arrived within 10 days of the despatch date, Vintage My Spcae shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the despatch date. Please quote our order reference number on all correspondence.
Please review our Returns Policy below, this applies to products purchased from us. Customers in the United Kingdom are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Please note that exceptions apply to this and you should read the policy in full. Returns cannot be accepted outside of the UK
All of our products are quality checked and packed carefully before leaving us and our customers are therefore unlikely to receive faulty or damaged goods. In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will be pleased to exchange the product or offer a refund once we have verified the problem.
Damages and shortages must be notified to the Seller by e-mail or in writing within 2 days of delivery, otherwise no claim against the Seller may be made in respect of such matters.
When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Goods must be returned with the original packaging.
We recommend returning goods using Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK. Signatures are always recommended when goods are returned.
Returned Item(s) Lost in Transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the items to us, we recommend sending the packages by Special Delivery and ensuring you have adequate cover in place with the Post Office.
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When you send your item back to us we will examine and process the returned item and then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund within 5 working days of our receiving your return.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs.
We will also refund the cost of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of sending the item to you.
c) You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, these must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us or the cost of other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
By law, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
To cancel your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us immediately, so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50 (please check you have adequate cover with the Post Office).
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip or invoice, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
