Lord of the Rings German Translation – A Set of 3 Cardboard special Edition Paperback Books in a Decorative Cardboard Slipcase. 3 Complete Editions in German, Published in Finland, 1983. 10th Edition.

Definitely a set for Tolkien Collection, this cardboard special edition is a bright & vibrant set.

The 3 Books are as Follows:

1. The Lord of the Rings, Part 1 – The Fellowship of the Ring.

2. The Lord of the Rings, Part 2 –  The Two Towers.

3. The Lord of the Rings, Part 3 – The Return of the King.

CONDITION: Overall, the books are in good condition with no spine creases, but there are a few small closed tears on the spine, as well as rubbing and shelf wear. The carboard slipcase has rubbed edges, a repaired open tear and the expected amount of age related wear. The top and bottom flaps are starting to come apart – The books are very tightly packed in the slipcase and some of the wear has no doubt been caused by attempts to remove the books!
