Stunning Original Oil Painting of a Mail Pouch Tobacco Barn. Painted on Canvas.

Definitely a fantastic statement piece featuring a section of a Mail Pouch Tobacco Barn and an old truck. Unusually, this painting doesn’t feature the whole barn, just the section with the advertising slogan. As a result, the writing fills the canvas and gives a really striking result.

An ideal piece for a games room or a TV room.

The canvas is signed “Watkins” but despite extensive research, I have been unable to identify the artist with any certainty…..I’m wondering if the artwork is by a hobby artist.

The painting is NOT framed and has been previously stuck onto a piece of fibreboard – this does mean however that framing and glazing is relatively simple.

CONDITION: The painting is in very good condition with no scratches or wear and tear. Slight rubbing to top edge and small reside mark on lower right edge. Small section in top right corner where there canvas has started to come away from the board.

ITEM SIZE: 24 Inches High – 36 Inches Wide.
