Gorgeous Set of 8 Antiquarian Decorative Books – 8 Volumes of Shakespeare’s Works in Beautiful Binding with Gilt Lettering.

Matching leather quarter binding with gilt titles to all 8 volumes. Boards in hunter green with gilt design in top right corner of front board. Gilt to top pages edge, whilst the other 2 edges are rough cut – adding to that Antiquarian decorative look & feel.

Gorgeous inside the books as well – tissue frontispiece to the volumes and “Numerous illustrations by Gordon Browne”

CONDITION: All books in overall good condition. Spines have shelf wear and are well thumbed. Corners are bumped in places and boards have marks. Foxing throughout. Please see images for closer inspection.
