Set of 4 Mid Century Dining Chairs. 1960’s Design by Victor Wilkins for G Plan.
Set of 4 Vintage Mid Century Chairs – 1960’s Style from Victor Wilkins for G Plan.
Simple, yet stylish, these matching teak vintage mid century chairs are particularly suited to accompany a mid century modern style dining table. Likewise, they would look equally at home in a contemporary setting, with a carefully matched dining table.
Victor Wilkins designed for G Plan for a number of years and was, it seems, very influenced by Danish designers and with these chairs, the Danish impressions are plain to see.
ITEM CONDITION: The chairs are complete and sturdy. They have age related wear, in the form of light dings and scratches. There has been a repair at some stage to the top of the chair in places.
They have also been re-upholstered in a black leatherette – We don’t thin this was carried out by a re-upholstery company, but the seat covers are have been done to a reasonable standard – the staples are firm and tight and there are no sags in the covers.
Please see images for further condition information.
