A Domed Top Vintage Metal Trunk with Light Brown Original Colouring and Travel Labels.

The internal part is a lovely brown colour. A great statement piece that would make a fantastic log store or blanket box – the smaller dimensions mean that it would suit a smaller room for fireside area.

A lovely item that has seen a fair amount of wear & tear over the years, which adds to its charm – Lovely patina and ageing, with scuffs and dings as well a worn areas from its years of service.

The side handles still work well and the domed top has rivets that are higher than the lid.

CONDITION: The trunk has some surface rust in patches through out, but is whole and complete – (Please see images). The bottom corner has suffered a dent, which means that the metal has come apart slightly. The bottom of the trunk has seen a fair amount of wear over the years, so has bumps & dents. However, the trunk sits flat and doesn’t rock or move. One of the hinges is broken, but the one on the other side is fine.
