Large 1950’s Globetrotter Case

ABOUT THE CASE: This vintage suitcase is a true classic in a timeless blue colour. Furthermore, it exudes a retro charm with its original design. ITEM CONDITION: Internally, the case is in reasonable condition with the fabric lining fairly clean, with a few sections loose in the corners. Externally, the case has the expected age related wear, as it shows signs of knocks and scrapes that it would have received during its travel – The underside and the top reflect this more than the sides and there is a slight distortion to the case. The lid closes, but needs a slight “pull” to clear it over the base. The catches also work well, but need a definite push to engage them with the mechanism.
